Led the Commodity Risk Analytics practice in Deloitte’s Trading and Risk Management group, while also supporting Deloitte’s Assurance, M&A, and Enterprise Risk Management practices.
Served as Senior Vice President at the Executive Decisions and Risk Solutions practice, developing and delivering service offerings tailored to energy company executives, including Risk-Informed Strategic Planning, Risk-Integrated Resource Planning (RIRP) and Commodity and Enterprise Risk Management.
Scott is a former power company CRO, gas utility executive and Big 4 energy risk leader with over 30 years’ experience in corporate risk governance, commodity and credit risk management, utility regulatory finance and risk-based capital allocation.
He is an expert in wholesale power and gas market operations and specializes in questions involving complex risk quantification and decision analysis.
Served as an ex officio member of the Executive Risk Management Committees of public power authorities, energy companies, and energy-intensive industrials worldwide
